Obviously lots of thought went  into designing and renovating the building to accommodate dog boarding and daycare. Very professional and responsible owners took great care to ensure our dog had a good time at daycare. We would certainly recommend them and look forward to using them in the future. A smaller and more intimate place for dogs where they get personal care, either for daycare or overnight stays.

The pictures and updates that are provided throughout the day, make me super content. She has now slept over there, and my only worry was, “she’s not gonna want to come home!” She was cozy and safe to say the least.

I was nervous to leave my pup overnight because she’s never boarded before, but Dear Winnie made sure she had the best and most comfortable time! They kept an open line of communication from drop-off to pick-up, and sent me plenty of updates on how my girl was doing! I can see this being a home-away-from-home for her when I go on trips in the future. So happy something like this is now in Lake Charles!

My baby was so happy there, and was being such a good boy. This was the 1st trip we didn't have to worry about him, eating, sleeping, or taking his anxiety medicine.  The daily pictures,  the daily text messages was an A+ for us.  The owners was so loving and made sure Prince was well taken care of,  and made him feel like he was at home. This is definitely his 2nd home away from home.  Please bring your fur babies here i promise you will not be disappointed.  We are so grateful for Dear Winnie. I really thank you guys for coming to Lake Charles, and giving our Fur Babies a home away from home. Prince fell in love with the Owners Mary and Patrick and he never left Winnie's side. My baby never got along with other dogs at any other boarding place and now he's all grown up. Thats how amazing they are. He will be back soon!!!

Perfect environment for a spoiled pup . My dog was comfortable and relaxed . I received a cute photo card . I love places that offer a unique service that fits my needs . Max will definitely be boarding here from now on .

COMPLETE REGISTRATION

Tell us about your dog, routines, preferences, temperament, and any details that matter to you. Yes—even if they only drink ice water.

VACCINATION VERIFICATION

Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations are required before your dog’s first visit. Dogs must also be on active flea prevention. Upload vaccination records through the client portal.

SCHEDULE MEET-AND-GREET

A scheduled meet-and-greet helps us ensure your dog is comfortable, confident, and a great fit for our kennel-free environment.

Do dogs sleep in kennels?

No. Our overnight lounge is designed to feel like home. A team member sleeps in the room, and dogs can settle wherever they feel most comfortable—on the bed, couch, or a dog bed.

How do you group dogs together?

We thoughtfully match dogs by temperament, size, and play style to create calm, balanced, and comfortable groups.

Do you accept puppies?

Yes! Contact us before booking so we can confirm your puppy’s age, vaccination status, and readiness for our group environment.

Do dogs need to be spayed or neutered?

Dogs over six months must be spayed or neutered to join our lounge groups. Younger dogs are considered individually. Dogs in heat are not accepted.

What vaccines are required?

We require current Rabies, DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), and Bordetella vaccinations. Please provide vaccination records before your dog’s visit.
