Not every dog is the right fit—and that's okay. Our New Guest Registration and Meet & Greet help us make sure your dog will feel comfortable here while protecting the calm environment every guest deserves.
New Guest Registration Takes about 5 minutesTell us about your dog's personality, routines, and preferences. The more we know before they arrive, the better we can care for them.
Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella — current before their first visit. Upload your dog's vaccination records during registration. We'll confirm that we've received everything before your first visit.
A relaxed visit where your dog can explore the space and meet us at their own pace.
The Meet & Greet isn't a test your dog can fail. It's simply our chance to get to know your dog—and for your dog to get to know us.
Most Meet & Greets take 20–30 minutes.Your dog arrives and explores at their own pace. No pressure and no rushing into a group.
We're paying close attention to body language, comfort level, and how your dog responds to the environment—not looking for perfection.
If they're comfortable, we'll introduce them to one or two carefully matched dogs.
Before you leave, we'll talk through what we observed and answer any questions you have.
Our responsibility is to every dog in our care. If we believe another environment would be a better fit for your dog, we'll always be honest with you.
If you're not sure where your dog falls, bring them in. The meet & greet is exactly the right place to find out — and we'll always be straight with you.
We welcome puppies 8 weeks and older, with age-appropriate vaccination requirements. Puppies are introduced slowly and thoughtfully—not placed into groups with older dogs before they're ready. Early social experiences should feel safe, positive, and never overwhelming. We take that seriously.
Once we receive your registration and vaccination records, we'll contact you to schedule your Meet & Greet.
